Privacy policy

This policy explains what Nabee Lab collects, why, and the choices you have. Nabee Lab is made by Nabee Studio.

What we collect

• Access requests. When you request access we keep your name, email, company, the number of brands you run and any message you write, so we can reply and set up your workspace.
• Your account. When you sign in we keep your email address and the brands you have been given access to.
• Connected sources. When you connect a tool such as Shopify, Stripe or an ad account, Nabee Lab reads its numbers with read-only access. Keys and tokens are stored in an encrypted vault and are never shown again, not even to admins.
• Site usage. We measure page visits with privacy-friendly analytics that does not use cookies or identify you personally.

How we use it

We use this information only to run Nabee Lab: to reply to requests, sign you in, show the brands you can see, and sync the numbers behind them. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with our hosting and database providers (Vercel and Supabase), who process it on our behalf. Access inside a workspace is limited by role and enforced in the database.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to disconnect a source and remove its data. Reach the Nabee team through nabeestudio.com.
